Accommodation Assistant (Full Time)

About the role

The Cabra Castle Hotel is seeking a full‑time Accommodation Assistant to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests throughout the academic year. You will work on a regular schedule, typically 9 am‑5 pm, five days a week, including weekends as required.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas and toilets to the hotel’s standards.
• Launder and manage all hotel linen, ensuring it meets quality requirements.
• Service the designated section each day and complete any additional duties assigned by management.
• Collect and hand in lost property, reporting any theft immediately.
• Follow the customer‑relations policy, respecting guest privacy and handling inquiries about hotel services.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability mid‑week and weekends throughout the academic year.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Own transport or reliable daily commute.
• Legal permission to work and reside in Ireland.
