Accommodation Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accommodation Assistant to join our hotel team. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, working primarily between 09:30 and 15:30, including mid‑week and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Follow department procedures to deliver consistent service.
• Maintain cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, fire exits and store areas.
• Report any maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team.
• Know all accommodation services and hotel facilities, including opening hours.
• Use and understand all cleaning products and equipment in the department.
• Attend all scheduled training courses.

Required profile

• Excellent personal presentation.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and good command of English.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is an advantage.
