Accommodation Assistant

About the role

Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort is seeking enthusiastic Accommodation Assistants to join its busy front‑of‑house team. You will work in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrivals and stay‑overs.
• Maintain cleanliness of other hotel areas as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
• Report guest comments, feedback, or complaints promptly.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding luxury hotel setting.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Cheerful personality with strong customer‑care awareness.
• Availability for full‑time, shift work including evenings, weekends and mid‑week days.
