Account Development Representative – Dublin

About the role

Workster Jobs is seeking a motivated Account Development Representative to join its Dublin office. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs to promote product awareness and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with sales executives to design strategic approaches for leads that are not yet sales‑ready.
• Maintain accurate account information in the company’s CRM system.
• Work with marketing to spot trends and support lead‑generation campaigns.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
