Account Executive

About the role

As an Account Executive you will act as the face of Bechtle for key customers, ensuring their technology needs are met and building lasting relationships. You will operate in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment where you treat the portfolio as your own business.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and customer base.
• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients, understanding their technology requirements.
• Collaborate with the growing Dublin team and leverage support from a global organisation.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• University degree or Leaving Cert (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• Ambitious, organised and able to think on your feet.
