About the role

Anthropic is looking for a founding Startup Account Executive to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across the EMEA region. You will work with fast‑growing technology companies, guiding them through the full sales cycle and helping them embed large language models into their products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective startup customers, educate them on large language models, and own the end‑to‑end sales process from outreach to launch.
• Design and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets, using market analysis to shape campaigns and partnerships.
• Expand into new customer segments and use‑cases, collaborating with product, GTM and marketing teams to differentiate Anthropic’s offering.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product road‑maps and enhance the value proposition.
• Contribute to regional GTM operations by developing playbooks, templates and best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical sales experience with a proven record of driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and selling to technical stakeholders across EMEA.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to startup founders, understanding their vision and crafting tailored solutions.
