Account Manager – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Business Development team in Sandyford. The role involves travelling across Ireland to build and grow relationships with local authorities and other public‑sector organisations for our outdoor and digital display advertising portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with local authorities and public‑sector bodies.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across assigned regions.
• Prepare business cases, commercial offers and presentations tailored to local authority priorities.
• Build strong relationships with elected officials, officers and decision‑makers and act as the company’s representative at meetings, committees and industry events.
• Conduct site surveys, assess technical, commercial and regulatory feasibility and produce detailed reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams to create effective proposals and provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development, account management or a commercial role.
• Experience conducting site surveys or working closely with survey teams.
• Strong presentation abilities and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Ireland.
