Account Manager – DACH Market (German Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead growth for our DACH market clients. Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, you will support small and medium‑size businesses across sectors such as e‑commerce, finance, and healthcare, leveraging advanced digital and AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of client accounts, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
• Use data insights and automation tools to deliver tailored recommendations.
• Partner with clients to drive adoption of digital solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful customer solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Comfortable navigating fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Fluency in German (preferred).
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve workflows.
