Account Manager – Italy

About the role

The Account Manager for Italy will own a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth and adoption of Meta’s advertising solutions. You will work closely with clients, agencies and internal teams to understand business challenges and deliver strategic advice that maximises success on Facebook’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue, education and solution adoption with clients, partners and agencies.
• Collaborate with Customer Insights and Direct Marketing to run education and adoption programs.
• Develop client strategies, continuous‑improvement initiatives and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Analyse data to identify trends, optimise campaigns and improve support processes at scale.
• Lead strategic conversations with C‑level stakeholders and report on monthly/quarterly progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the portfolio, handling escalations and troubleshooting.
• Gather feedback from agencies and partners to enhance ad products and the overall customer experience.
• Provide consultative support and up‑to‑date education on Meta’s advertising products.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in customer sales, support, agency account management or consulting.
• Proven presentation and communication skills with C‑level audiences.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability to a fast‑paced international environment and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with market knowledge of Italy.
• Self‑starter with critical thinking, analytical abilities and a track record of client success.
