Account Manager

About the role

AlumierMD is seeking an Account Manager to lead a defined territory within the medical skin‑care sector. The role focuses on building strategic, long‑term partnerships, co‑creating business plans aligned with customer objectives, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Segment the account base, identify growth opportunities, and set interaction objectives such as visit frequency and remote event attendance.
• Record all customer activity and shared business plans in the AlumierMD CRM system.
• Report growth and activity metrics to the Regional Manager and provide best‑practice insights.
• Analyse monthly data trends to produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline projections.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and lead generation, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and maintain shared business plans with key stakeholders for 3‑, 6‑ and 12‑month horizons.
• Coordinate internal resources (education, marketing assets, product supply) to fulfil account plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory sales or account management, preferably within healthcare or medical‑cosmetics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends and forecast performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers at all levels.
