Account Manager – Mayo

About the role

The Account Manager will be based in County Mayo and will drive growth across key markets by nurturing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities. This full‑time permanent position reports to senior sales leadership and works closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain sales pipelines and update CRM systems.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, internal sales, business development or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full driving licence is desirable.
