Account Manager – Wholesale (Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Barbour’s UK & Ireland sales team, focusing on wholesale accounts across Ireland. Reporting to the Ireland Sales Manager, you will act as the brand ambassador, driving profitable sales and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Present Barbour’s four seasonal collections (Pre‑Spring, Spring‑Summer, Pre‑Autumn, Autumn‑Winter) to assigned wholesale partners from Dublin and London showrooms.
• Understand partner product requirements across womenswear, menswear, footwear and accessories and select ranges that reflect the brand.
• Achieve forecasted sales targets, input orders into NuOrder and maintain up‑to‑date door plans.
• Manage Dublin showroom set‑up, visual‑merchandising standards and pricing, supporting the wider sales team.
• Travel to Newcastle and London for seasonal sales launch presentations.
• Conduct regular partner visits, deliver product training and ensure visual‑merchandising standards are upheld throughout the season.
• Produce sales forecasts, account plans and regular trading updates for the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale or account management within the fashion/apparel sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with retail partners.
• Ability to travel regularly within Ireland and to the UK for showroom and launch activities.
• Organised, results‑driven and able to work autonomously while aligning with the overall sales strategy.

Required skills

• Experience using NuOrder order management system.
