Accountant – Practice (County Mayo)

About the role

We are recruiting an Accountant to join a successful and growing accountancy practice in County Mayo. The role involves working with a varied portfolio of clients, delivering accounting, taxation and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for clients.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Provide advisory services on accounting and tax matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or finalist.
• Practice experience desirable.
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Knowledge of Irish accounting and taxation regulations.
