Accounts Payable Clerk – Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team at the Kilbeggan site of the Kepak Group. You will handle weekly payroll, process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and support the overall accounts payable function.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly payroll for 60 employees
• Generating purchase orders
• Posting invoices
• Processing SEPA payments
• Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements and liaising with suppliers
• Filing documentation to support finance audits
• Monthly stationery order
• Ad‑hoc office duties as required by the business
• Assist with holiday cover within the finance department

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
