Accounts Receivable Executive – Finance

About the role

Join Kepak’s Meat Division as an Accounts Receivable Executive and take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts. You will ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintain strong financial records while supporting smooth cash flow across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, processing invoices and receipts accurately.
• Issue invoices via email or EDI and ensure dispatches are billed correctly using pricing files or sales agreements.
• Resolve customer queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Issue credit notes according to claims procedures.
• Send statements and follow up on overdue balances.
• Record and allocate incoming payments efficiently.
• Review aged debtor reports and provide commentary on outstanding items.

Required profile

• Experience as an Accounts Receivable Administrator, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Working knowledge of debtor management and process improvement.
• Computer literate with strong Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software.
• Experience with MS Excel; familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.
