About the role

The School of Business at Maynooth University is seeking an Accreditation and Quality Officer (Administrative Officer II) to support its international accreditation agenda. Working closely with the Associate Head of School, Accreditations, the role will drive data‑focused processes that underpin continuous improvement and compliance with accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administration of accreditation activities and reporting across the School of Business.
  • Generate, analyse and visualise data to inform accreditation decisions and quality improvement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain databases of accreditation‑related information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support academic and administrative stakeholders in adhering to accreditation processes and standards.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards for internal and external accreditation bodies.

Required profile

  • Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to evidence‑based decision making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior staff and external accreditation agencies.
  • Experience or familiarity with business school accreditation standards is advantageous.

Required skills

  • Database creation and management.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
