Ad Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ad Sales Trainer to join an AI‑focused firm in Dublin. The role combines instructional design, classroom delivery, and evaluation of training programmes to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions for new and experienced ad sales staff.
• Design and develop eLearning courses, assessments, and certification programmes.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Maintain a feedback loop between learners and leadership to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Create class schedules, manage enrolments, and oversee the Learning Management System.
• Provide coaching and professional‑development guidance to managers and employees.
• Analyse training ROI and produce regular performance reports.
• Identify and escalate any issues that could pose business risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering training, talent development, or coaching in a sales environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in the cloud, AI, or broader technology sector.
• Proven background (minimum 1 year) training within an ad‑sales context – this is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.
