Ad Sales Trainer

About the role

The Ad Sales Trainer designs and delivers instructional programs for both new hires and seasoned staff in the advertising sales domain. This role blends instructional design, classroom facilitation, and performance analysis to ensure training effectiveness and business ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led training sessions for new and experienced employees.
• Create eLearning courses, assessments, certifications, and related training resources.
• Develop exams and evaluate existing training initiatives to measure impact and ROI.
• Conduct needs analyses and provide training recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) – register participants, run surveys, generate reports, and track progress.
• Establish feedback loops between learning teams and management.
• Schedule classes, foster an enthusiastic learning culture, and advise managers on professional development.
• Identify and escalate training‑related business risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in training, talent development, or coaching.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in a cloud, AI, or technology‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Understanding of full‑cycle learning development strategy, from design to ROI assessment.
• Familiarity with project‑management methodologies and gap‑analysis techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course administration and reporting.
