About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrator to support our busy lettings team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation and record management.
- Coordinate appointments, property viewings, inspections and manage the office schedule.
- Maintain accurate tenant, landlord and property records across internal systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries, delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords and contractors.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or office‑based role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
