Advisor Trainer – 18-Month Temporary Role

About the role

This 18‑month temporary position is responsible for coordinating, planning and continuously improving training activities for Service, Sales and Credit Control Advisor teams, as well as internal training needs. The Advisor Trainer acts as the central point for training governance, ensuring programmes are well‑planned, delivered, monitored and evaluated.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training across Service, Sales, Credit Control and internal teams, maintaining a training calendar aligned with operational priorities.
• Identify capability gaps using performance data, customer feedback, quality insights and stakeholder input, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Design and implement learning interventions to improve individual, team and organisational performance.
• Develop and maintain training materials, learning pathways, knowledge resources and standards while monitoring mandatory training compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback and business outcomes, reporting on completion, impact and emerging needs.
• Continuously improve training processes, delivery methods and learning experiences.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in Training, Learning & Development, Operations or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make evidence‑based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
