Affiliate Counsellor – In‑Person Sessions (Ireland)

About the role

Health Hero is expanding its network of freelance mental‑health clinicians across the Republic of Ireland. We are seeking fully accredited counsellors who can deliver in‑person sessions using a solution‑focused brief therapy approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, in‑person counselling to corporate clients.
• Conduct brief case assessments and document outcomes in the online portal.
• Collaborate with the Clinical and Recruitment teams for case triage and risk‑case support.
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to payment and reporting timelines.

Required profile

• Recognised diploma in counselling and full accreditation.
• Minimum 450 post‑qualification supervised client hours.
• Proven experience delivering solution‑focused brief therapy.
• Previous experience with in‑person clinical delivery.

Required skills

• IT proficiency for case‑management portal use.
