Air Export Freight Forwarder (Evening Shift)

About the role

As an Air Export Freight Forwarder at DSV you will manage international air shipments from booking through departure, ensuring compliance, reliability and customer satisfaction. Working the evening shift, you will keep operations running smoothly beyond standard hours and support seamless handovers across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange bookings with airlines and co‑loaders and issue export documentation (MAWB, HAWB, manifests, invoices).
• Ensure shipments comply with IATA, customs and security regulations.
• Coordinate cargo handling, acceptance and uplift schedules.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Monitor shipments, maintain accurate system updates and tracking.
• Liaise with global DSV offices, airlines and service providers.
• Verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate customer billing.

Required profile

• Experience in air freight forwarding, preferably export operations.
• Solid understanding of IATA regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
