Planet is looking for enthusiastic Airport Refund Staff to join our team at Dublin Airport. You will be the first point of contact for international travellers seeking tax‑free refunds, delivering a seamless and friendly experience that reflects our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, explain the tax‑free refund process and guide them through each step.
• Answer questions, anticipate needs and provide accurate information.
• Process Planet Tax Free forms in line with local regulations and company policies.
• Ensure VIP guests receive a personalised, high‑quality service.
• Handle conflicts professionally, aiming for full customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in finance, hospitality, luxury retail or a comparable customer‑facing role.
• Self‑reliant, able to work independently while following established procedures.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
