Application Development & Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Application Development & Integration Specialist to join a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven organisation. You will work on business‑critical systems in a data‑rich environment, taking ownership of both new and legacy applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain business applications that meet evolving business needs.
• Design, implement and support integrations between multiple systems.
• Investigate and resolve application, data and integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Support controlled delivery of changes into production environments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and contribute to continuous system improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development, systems integration or application support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working across multiple systems and managing dependencies.

Required skills

• SQL
• Relational database expertise
• Knowledge of IBM i platforms
• RPG programming (advantageous)
