About the role

We are looking for an Application Development & Integration Specialist to join a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven organisation. You will work on business‑critical systems in a data‑rich environment, taking ownership of both new and legacy platforms while delivering tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications that meet evolving business needs.
• Implement and support system integrations across a diverse technology landscape.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, data, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Support controlled delivery of changes into production environments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and contribute to continuous system improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development, systems integration, or application support.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of solving complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and manage dependencies.
