Architect – Commercial Projects (2 positions) – Dublin

About the role

Join a dynamic team delivering high‑profile commercial projects across Ireland, from office towers to retail, hospitality and mixed‑use schemes. This is a rare chance to shape the built environment of the country and work on landmark developments that will be recognised for generations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, fit‑out, refurbishment and new‑build projects across a diverse commercial portfolio.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers and specialist consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce high‑quality AutoCAD drawings and contract documentation.
• Drive projects from concept through to completion, both in the office and on‑site.
• Work closely with a skilled design team to deliver innovative, high‑quality commercial spaces.

Required profile

• MRIAI registration with 5–10 years post‑graduation experience, including project and site management.
• Strong design and technical drawing abilities, proven track record delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to handover.
• Professional qualification in Architecture and full MRIAI registration.
• Extra points for large‑scale or complex commercial developments and hands‑on fit‑out or new‑build experience.
