Architect – Residential (North Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Architect to join our North Dublin studio. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality residential projects across Dublin, working within a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for residential schemes, including high‑rise and housing developments.
• Create and maintain detailed Revit models and construction documentation.
• Attend client and consultant meetings to present design concepts and progress.
• Conduct site visits and prepare design certifier reports.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven residential architecture experience in Ireland.
• Exposure to high‑rise developments or large housing schemes.
• Qualified under RIAI, ARB or an equivalent professional body.
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and industry standards.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, consultants and conducting site visits.
