Area Sales Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our customer base across the Republic of Ireland. You will be responsible for executing sales plans, meeting KPIs and using data‑driven insights to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sales plan and achieve defined KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing contact cycles and aligning priorities with targets.
• Leverage market data and sales intelligence to create fact‑based arguments and close distribution gaps.
• Present new and existing products, secure listings and drive targeted distribution gains.
• Manage commercial terms including pricing, incentives and distribution costs.
• Collect and share market intelligence to support business decisions.
• Proactively resolve customer issues while minimising impact on sales.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or territory sales roles such as Field Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
• Full‑time availability, 39 hours per week with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing and customer service teams.
