About the role
The House of Creed is opening a new boutique in Kildare Village in mid‑August 2026 and seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering a luxury customer experience, driving sales performance and stepping in to run the boutique when the manager is absent.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in creating a luxurious, consistent customer experience.
- Lead, coach and inspire the team, ensuring participation in required training.
- Achieve sales and KPI targets, communicating goals clearly to the team.
- Maintain operational standards, manage boutique budgets with the Head of Retail, and drive profitability.
- Develop and nurture a loyal client network, planning and attending client events.
- Collaborate with support functions to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
