About the role

As an Assistant General Manager at Nando's you will be a key member of the restaurant leadership team, responsible for delivering the brand promise on every shift. You will help create a fun, supportive environment where both team members and customers thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure a flawless customer journey across all channels.
• Motivate, engage and develop the team, spotting talent for future managerial roles.
• Maintain brand standards, food quality and service excellence.
• Drive sales, manage costs and contribute to the restaurant’s financial performance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement training and development plans.

Required profile

• Strong passion for people, food and hospitality.
• Previous management experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• High energy, customer‑obsessed and eager to learn.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and inspire a diverse team.
