About the role

Maynooth University’s School of Business is looking for an Assistant Professor or Lecturer in Management. The successful candidate will join a vibrant academic community, contributing to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching while building a strong research profile.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures, seminars and tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Supervise Master’s and PhD students in their research projects.
• Develop and maintain an active research agenda aligned with the university’s research strategy.
• Publish research findings in internationally recognised journals.
• Collaborate with colleagues on national and international research initiatives and research institutes.

• Competitive salary ranging from €66,055 to €104,600 per annum (Assistant Professor/Lecturer) or €43,023 to €73,445 per annum (Assistant Lecturer).
