Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Dublin. You will support the commercial management of large‑scale residential, mixed‑use and commercial developments, working from project inception through to final account.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost reports, valuations, variations and subcontractor payment applications.
• Support procurement activities for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and help maintain budgets throughout the construction phase.
• Identify and manage commercial risks in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain accurate records and provide assistance with contractual administration.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Experience on residential, mixed‑use, commercial or other large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team.
