Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Limerick)

About the role

Caseys Furniture is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join its purpose‑built Limerick showroom on a full‑time basis. You will support the Store Manager in leading the sales team, delivering a premium customer experience and upholding the high standards of a luxury interiors store.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by leading from the front and supporting the team to achieve targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through attentive service and expert product knowledge.
• Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer‑ready showroom.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
• Maintain showroom excellence aligned with the luxury brand identity.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to inform commercial decisions.
• Act as duty manager when required, providing strong leadership on the floor.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of big‑box retail experience.
• Proven sales leadership with a track record of driving team and individual performance.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for delivering personalised, high‑quality service.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop sales staff.
• Strong operational excellence, managing store standards, processes and daily routines.
• Commercial awareness of KPIs, conversion, ATV and sales reporting.
• Professional communication skills, clear, confident and customer‑focused.
