Associate Consultant – Healthcare & Risk

About the role

Aon is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Health & Risk team in Dublin. This hybrid position blends technical development with client‑facing exposure, allowing you to turn data into actionable insights while supporting high‑quality consulting delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of group risk consulting and broking services for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and data‑driven insights to inform recommendations.
• Analyse healthcare and risk data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that enable insight‑led decision‑making.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of consulting tools, benchmarking frameworks and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Participate in internal training initiatives and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Collaborate with consultants and other team members on market reviews, utilisation analysis and cost‑management projects.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
