Associate Manager, Investment Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Investment Operations to join PGIM’s Alternative Assets Portfolio Administration and Accounting team in Letterkenny. The role supports private equity accounting functions, maintaining investment, accounting, reporting and record‑keeping systems for PGIM business units on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial statements of limited partnerships and joint ventures.
• Supervise a small team of 2‑3 accountants, providing feedback and ensuring timely, accurate accounting entries and ledger reconciliations.
• Apply STAT and GAAP accounting rules to other invested assets.
• Coordinate and monitor daily and monthly deliverables, participate in analysis and special projects.
• Monitor data integrity and support external and internal audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Significant experience in accounting/investment operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle ledger, Investran and MRI systems (preferred).
