Associate Recruiter – Early Talent

About the role

MongoDB’s Early Talent Recruiting Team is looking for an Associate Recruiter to own and support the full lifecycle of our summer internship and new graduate hiring programs. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid setting to ensure every early‑talent candidate enjoys a seamless and engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for interns and new graduates across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer delivery.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the summer internship program, handling logistics, speaker sessions and intern engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and student organisations to strengthen MongoDB’s employer brand.
• Design a high‑touch, personalised candidate experience that sets new standards for satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to evolve early‑talent initiatives and align them with business goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in early‑talent recruiting or a related function.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the G Suite productivity suite.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
