Associate & Senior Associate Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer

About the role

We are partnering with leading Irish law firms in Dublin to recruit Associates and Senior Associates for their Energy & Infrastructure practices. The successful candidates will join highly regarded teams that advise on some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including offshore/onshore wind, solar, interconnectors, battery storage and hydrogen.
• Support project finance and structured finance transactions for large‑scale developments.
• Assist with infrastructure M&A, joint ventures, investments and construction contracts.
• Provide regulatory and advisory services across the energy sector.

Required profile

• 1–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as an associate or senior associate.
• Background in leading or mid‑tier private practice, preferably with exposure to banking/finance, corporate/M&A or construction law.
• Strong interest in energy, infrastructure or projects work and a commercial mindset.
• Ambition to specialise in the fast‑growing Energy & Infrastructure sector.
