Associate Solicitor – Real Estate (Dublin)

About the role

Join a leading national law firm’s Real Estate practice in Dublin as an Associate Solicitor. You will support a diverse portfolio of international and domestic clients across the full spectrum of property law.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential real estate assets.
• Handle single‑asset transactions and multi‑family/PRS/BTR development projects.
• Provide day‑to‑day counsel to landlords and asset managers on landlord‑tenant matters.
• Represent leading market participants in both contentious and non‑contentious real estate disputes.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate law.
• Experience within a medium to large commercial law firm.
• Strong commercial awareness and outstanding academic record.
• Excellent technical legal ability and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to engage in business development and work both independently and collaboratively.
