Audit Director

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Director for our growing Dublin practice. The role will lead a portfolio of key clients, drive business development and support the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand a high‑performing audit team.
• Manage a portfolio of SME, mid‑market and complex group audit engagements.
• Oversee client relationships and ensure delivery of high‑quality audit services.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to build the practice.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support the firm’s partnership pipeline.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Significant audit experience, preferably at Senior Manager or Director level.
• Proven track record of managing large client portfolios and audit teams.
• Commercially aware with experience in business development.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities.
• Ambitious with a desire for long‑term leadership.
