Audit Senior – Practice – Dublin

About the role

We are an established accountancy firm in South Dublin looking to expand our audit practice. The Audit Senior will lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff and ensure high‑quality service for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure audits comply with current regulations.
• Prepare financial statements and audit reports.
• Liaise directly with clients, addressing queries and offering expert advice.
• Ensure clients remain compliant with relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified – ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
