B2B Sales Team Leader

About the role

The client is a leading Employment Law and Health & Safety consultancy seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth from Dublin. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead a telephone‑based sales team, manage the CRM, and collaborate with field sales and marketing to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and manage a B2B telephone sales team.
• Develop and optimise the CRM system for lead management and data quality.
• Coordinate with field sales managers and business development managers to schedule appointments and maximise coverage.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and performance metrics.
• Monitor leads, conversions and sales activity to continuously improve performance.
• Design and implement incentive programmes to motivate the team.
• Participate in quarterly sales conferences and collaborate with marketing on campaign ideas.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing a telephone‑based sales department.
• Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong influencing skills with experience liaising up to senior directors.
• Consultative sales approach and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
