Bioprocess Technician

About the role

PSC Biotech is seeking a Bioprocess Technician to join its laboratory team on a 12‑month contract. The role supports upstream bioprocess research and development activities across multiple client sites, working closely with scientists and project leads.

Key responsibilities

• Execute defined laboratory procedures for batch, fed‑batch and perfusion processes under supervision.
• Perform daily mammalian cell culture expansion and monitor bioreactors, including sampling and in‑process analysis.
• Document experimental data accurately, maintain GLP‑compliant records, and archive documentation.
• Identify routine experimental issues and resolve them by following SOPs and BPDs.
• Support maintenance, calibration, and documentation of laboratory equipment.
• Generate and share raw data with peers and project leads.

Required profile

• Ability to learn core scientific techniques quickly and work under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to laboratory safety and SOP adherence.
• Good organizational skills for documentation and data management.
• Willingness to work on multi‑product lab projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
