Brand Communications, PR & Thought Leadership Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic storyteller to elevate executive voices and build lasting brand influence within the digital marketing and AI landscape. Based in Ireland, you will partner directly with founders and senior leaders to turn ideas, expertise, and customer success stories into compelling, multi‑channel content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive communication strategies to boost personal brand visibility.
• Create high‑quality LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, presentations, scripts, and other thought‑leadership assets from interviews and business insights.
• Maintain executive content calendars and ensure consistent publishing cadence across platforms.
• Identify emerging industry trends and produce original, research‑backed thought‑leadership content.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, editors, and industry influencers to secure earned‑media opportunities.
• Coordinate guest articles, podcast appearances, webinars, speaking engagements, award submissions, and media outreach.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, SEO, AI, design, and content teams to transform customer insights into impactful campaigns.
• Repurpose content across formats while preserving brand consistency and maximizing reach.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline research, ideation, production, and workflow.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in brand communications, public relations, executive communications, content marketing, or thought leadership.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a track record of producing executive‑level content.
• Proven experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or subject‑matter experts to build personal brands.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, B2B marketing, and executive branding.
