Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Designer to join a globally distributed, developer‑focused organization. Based in Ireland, you will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives that shape how millions of developers experience the brand across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve visual storytelling for presentations, pitch decks, conference materials, print assets, video content, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Developer Relations, Success, Enterprise, and Events teams to create high‑impact creative executions.
• Design cohesive visual narratives across digital and physical formats, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong brand alignment.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines globally, overseeing end‑to‑end design execution for print, digital, social media, and event branding.
• Produce high‑quality design assets with meticulous attention to detail, meeting technical audience expectations.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience as a Brand Designer or similar role in fast‑paced, digital‑first or tech environments.
• Proven ability to work in async, remote, or globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and evolving priorities.
