Brand Designer

About the role

Our client, a well‑established food business operating across the Irish market, is looking for a Brand Designer to join their in‑house marketing team. This hands‑on position requires a minimum of five years’ experience and offers the chance to shape visual identities for a multi‑brand portfolio spanning retail, foodservice and private‑label products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts for packaging, brochures, flyers, sales presentations, pitch decks, trade‑show graphics, reports, digital ads and social media content.
• Interpret briefs with commercial awareness and strong visual judgement, translating brand guidelines into consistent print and digital outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and internal stakeholders to align design work with campaign objectives and business priorities.
• Maintain an organised library of brand assets, ensuring files are clearly named, version‑controlled and easily reusable.
• Prepare print‑ready files, applying correct bleeds, colour profiles, production specifications and pre‑flight checks.
• Adapt and resize existing assets for different channels, formats, markets and campaigns.
• Use AI and design‑support tools to improve workflow efficiency while preserving quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience as a brand designer, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong ability to move from brief to original, well‑considered creative solutions.
• Proven track record delivering finished artwork for both print and digital formats.
• Excellent attention to detail in typography, layout, brand compliance and final delivery.
