About the role

Join the core team launching The Hoxton in Dublin and shape the brand experience across the hotel, restaurants, bars and event spaces. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Head of Brand, you will drive programming, partnerships and guest‑centric initiatives that position The Hoxton as a vibrant city hotspot.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the launch of The Hoxton Dublin, ensuring the hotel, restaurants, bars and event spaces attract locals, national and international guests.
  • Develop and execute innovative brand and business strategies to make The Hoxton a go‑to destination for work, dining, drinking, rest and play.
  • Support the Head of Brand in delivering a local PR strategy, keeping media and influencers engaged and raising awareness of Hoxton properties in the Irish market.
  • Create and manage content for local restaurant social‑media channels, collaborating with the central communications team.
  • Build and nurture a community of Hox Friends, social influencers, local professionals and opinion leaders who champion the brand.
  • Identify and activate local partnerships and events that expand audience reach and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Produce local communications, including email copy and editorial content for The Localist on The Hoxton website.
  • Drive room and F&B commercial targets, working with sales, revenue and F&B teams on offers and packages.
  • Oversee the guest journey across hotel, F&B and The Apartment, ensuring every touchpoint reflects brand values.
  • Manage local marketing and graphic‑design budgets, planning and tracking spend with the GM.
  • Develop design briefs for local collateral and campaigns to be submitted to the central Ennismore design team.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within hospitality or a related consumer‑facing sector.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with media, influencers and local partners.
  • Creative mindset with a track record of generating innovative ideas, offers and activations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, track performance and meet commercial targets.
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with cross‑functional teams such as F&B, sales, revenue and design.
