Brand Web Designer (Remote – Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Web Designer to join our brand team and help create compelling web assets that support campaigns, product launches and company announcements. The role is remote‑first for candidates based in Ireland, with optional access to our Dublin office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver web assets for marketing campaigns, product launches and internal announcements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, SEO and engineering teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Consolidate website change requests into high‑impact projects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Run design reviews early to capture cross‑functional input.
• Define user flows, page structures and content hierarchy for key journeys.
• Partner with SEO and engineering to optimise performance, structure and conversion strategy.

Required profile

• Passion for design and a drive to continuously improve quality.
• Experience working with design teams on web, visual and brand projects.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to take initiative without close supervision.
• Strong communication skills, able to give and receive actionable feedback.
• Comfortable involving and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
