Brands Event Coordinator

About the role

Tether is seeking a dynamic Brands Event Coordinator to lead and support a portfolio of brand‑specific activations worldwide. You will work within a fully remote, globally distributed team, ensuring each event reflects Tether’s high standards while showcasing the unique identity of each internal brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee international events from concept and booth design through on‑site delivery and post‑event analysis.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to guarantee seamless coordination.
• Collaborate with senior event leaders on major global conferences, providing logistical support and acting as the right‑hand on‑site.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all activations, ensuring consistency and high‑impact presentation.
• Prepare and deliver post‑event reports, measuring success against KPIs and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• High‑energy, versatile professional with a passion for event management and brand storytelling.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills
