Bulk Distribution Coordinator

About the role

The Bulk Distribution Coordinator will manage the scheduling and execution of artic fuel deliveries across Certa Ireland's network of customers, service stations and depots. This role ensures cost‑effective routing, compliance, and continuous supply while supporting the wider Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule artic deliveries, creating cost‑effective routes based on customer location, loading terminal and product price.
• Administer artic tanker and driver compliance records.
• Liaise with hauliers to optimise back‑loading and pre‑loading opportunities.
• Process customer orders, resolve delivery issues and maintain strong client communication.
• Monitor stock levels at depots and retail forecourt sites, maintaining strategic inventory.
• Maximise continuity of supply during product shortages.
• Track haulage costs and verify retail forecourt compliance.
• Provide cover for other Operations team roles as required.

Required profile

• Supply chain qualification or equivalent experience.
• CPC training/qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in a transport‑related role.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the service area.
• High organisational ability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict targets and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
