Business Analyst (6-month contract, Dublin)

About the role

Pontoon is looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join its Dublin team on a six‑month contract. You will support day‑to‑day operational and analytical activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time while adhering to established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks in line with defined procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Monitor processes, identify discrepancies or inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
• Escalate issues promptly and in a structured manner.
• Maintain high attention to detail when handling data and reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA); MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes consistently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
